Pickled Red Onions
Pickled red onions are a great way to add some texture and a zingy bite to any dish! I love having these in my fridge to add to salads, tacos, dips and dressings. One of my favorite things to add them too is avocado toast. Toasty sourdough bread, creamy avocado and pickled red onions with some feta, black pepper and crunchy maldon salt is my favorite snack!
This recipe is super simple and easy to create. It's also a great way to use up onions that you don't think you will get to before they go bad! you just need a few ingredients, a mason jar and some thinly sliced onions!
