Asparagus and Cheese Tart

Asparagus season has come upon us !! I had some leftover pie dough from a cherry pie I made earlier in the week and decided to make a little cheese and asparagus tart! You can use whatever topping you'd like, instead of asparagus try cherry tomatoes, some red onion, thinly shaved brussel sprouts, whatever veg you want. Like a pizza but with puff pastry! You can use your own puff pastry dough (which I will write a recipe out for) or store bought works just fine here as well. A perfect afternoon snack!
